All returns must be approved before returning merchandise and a return number received. No unapproved return will be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are at your expense, just as you would take a product back to the store on your time and with your gas. If an item isn't what you'd hoped for, you may return it for a refund within 20 days of purchase, (received in our office within 20 days of the date it was shipped) in the same condition you received the merchandise (uncut and unsewn), (one-yard pieces are not returnable). If received later than 20 days there will be no refund given. Please contact us about any problems with the merchandise at 1-800-478-5645 or email at email@example.com. If you should return an item you purchased, please note the return number. Also please note that shipping and processing costs are not refundable. Clearance items are not returnable. We do not do exchanges, you may return an item for a credit to your credit card and then make a new purchase.
