All orders are shipped with 3 working days, most same day or next day. No unapproved return will be accepted. There is a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping cost are at your expense, just as you would take a product back to the store on your time and with your gas. If an item isn't what you'd hoped for, you may return it for a refund within 20 days of purchase, (received in our office within 20 days of date shipped) in the same condition you received the merchandise (uncut and unsewn), (one yard pieces are not returnable) if received later than 20 days there will be no refund given.
