I found at Lace Heaven what I was looking for months without any success. Im sewing several bridal party dresses with an odd color, no way to find the matching lace hem tape in stores, not even in the net. Yes, I did receive the order and could not ask for better quality. And the price was right in my budget. Thank-you for sending an email asking about the recent order and updating me on the newest items and specials you have running. To me that is a great sign of customer service, and it helps to remind the customer to look at your listings, even if they don't "need" the items at the time. As I have found with most "crafty" people the will find a project to utilize the great deal on, or it works out to have the items on hand when they can't make it to the "store" or wait for the items to be sent.
